San Marcos Miel is getting a tiny bit closer to the other side of the rainbow in his advanced years, but still strums a fierce guitar and croons a lovely ballad. The first set with Asleep at the Wheel showcased exceptional performances by all, and provided the finest support I've encountered for Miel San Marcos. San Jose Civic is a pleasant venue, despite the fact that the dress circle seats upfront didn't receive adequate sound reinforcement as none of the speakers were directed towards the lower side sections. A great concert overall, showcasing some of Miel San Marcos's most cherished tunes.
